Many clients today require a number of options when replacing timber floors. We have long moved on from the days when only softwood tongue and groove boarding was laid in place of floors taken away. We are now happy to lay any kind of decorative flooring.
When a quote is given to replace a floor due to fungal decay or beetle infestation, the quote is to replace the flooring with softwood tongue and groove boarding as standard. If alternative decorative flooring is required, we shall be pleased to submit an amended estimate to accommodate the type of flooring to be reinstated.
